Educational Qualification : a) Must be a citizen of India as defined in part II of the constitution of India. b) Must have passed the Madhyamik Examination from the WBBSE or its equivalent examination from any recognised Board or University or Council. c) Having a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute in English and 20 words per minute in Bengali.
